Excellent service. We ordered very late Sunday night, after 11pm and the buggy arrived before 9:30am on the Tuesday. We were worried it wouldn't come until Wednesday when we were going away so this was amazing for us! We were given a delivery time slot on the morning of delivery too which was super helpful. We bought our travel system from here 4 years ago and a car seat 2 years ago, and were impressed then so returned for our travel buggy now baby no.2 is over 1 :) we have visited once too for help with which car seat to fit in my small car and the staff were great.

I got my ordered a couple of days after I ordered. I can’t really say about the product itself as it’s a present for someone the end of August, can’t see there will be a problem. I would 100% order from this company again. Excellent value for money!! Ill update my review end of August about the product.

Highly recommended as was badly let down by previous company ordered Friday night delivered yesterday thank you so much, it just shows the reviews do matter if I had read the reviews of the other company I wouldn't have ordered as they were very unreliable and as an added bonus Pramworld were a lot cheaper Happy days

Really quick and easy service.

Ordered a travel system and told delivery would be in 1-2days, didn’t happen. Contacted them to be told it was at their third party warehouse and would be at their main one the following week and then to me within 2 days again this didn’t happen, contacted again to be told there had been a delay with the courier but I would have tracking information within 24hrs….guess what…didn’t happen! Emailed again to be given a different excuse! Husband ended up phoning them and only after this call did we actually get somewhere and the travel system finally arrived almost 2weeks later

The product I ordered arrived sooner than I anticipated. As I was not home it was delivered to a local DPD collection point. Pick up was very straight forward. The product was well packaged and all ‘parts’ were in the box.

Good service and good customer after sales service

Was expecting goods yesterday 19th as it was for my daughter to take back to Australia with her, their flight is today 20th at 1.10pm and good are not arriving until 3-30 to 5.30pm so now l will have to pay to have it shipped to her ? l have had no issues in the past as l have always collected the goods myself so l am presuming it is the courier that has let the side down
